Our analysts have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and excellent soft skills.What will you do?Manage and develop Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexityServe as a team member, track lead on Agile / Scrum delivery engagements for clients & guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each SprintOptimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performanceOversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalateDeliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are metPartner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standardsCollaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectivenessReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsTrain other Scrum master’s and serve as a mentor to less experienced staffExecute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers What do we require? We are looking for 4-9 years experienced Business Analyst with Life Science background (Commercial analytics, Patient support program, LIMS, MES, R&D etc.) to build the bridge between our business and clients, immersing themselves in the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions. In addition to working with/on multiple teams, you will have an opportunity to improve processes and systems, and conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems alongside a team of other analysts/developers.Minimum 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master running agile ceremonies & driving continuous improvementsMust have Life Science backgroundDemonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of agile projects using scrum or various other methodologies across value chain in Life SciencesProven efficiency in conflict management, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to lead or manage stakeholders effectively.Proficiency with IT tools supporting delivery, example JIRA, Confluence etc
