Location: Remote (East Coast, Australia)Eligibility: Permanent Australian Residents onlyRemuneration: Competitive base + performance incentivesStart Date: January 2025About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Consultant with a proven track record delivering end-to-end HubSpot projects across multiple Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data). In this role, you will not only translate complex business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, but also shape strategic client outcomes, guide junior team members, and ensure integrations and CPQ processes deliver tangible business value.You will thrive if you combine strong process and technical acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage projects independently, and bring industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or SaaS/Technology.This is a client-facing, project-driven role where your insights and leadership directly impact client success and internal growth initiatives.As a trusted adviser to your clients, you'll also have the opportunity to identify and capture expansion opportunities within your project portfolio, with commission incentives designed to reward your commercial awareness and client relationship strength.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Function: Consulting & DeliveryLead end-to-end HubSpot implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and GTM strategiesGather, document, and manage complex business requirements, processes, and data models for scalable HubSpot solutionsMap and optimise customer journeys and translate them into HubSpot functional designs and workflowsProvide technical guidance on API and integration design, translating business needs into actionable documentation for development teamsLead or support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution design within HubSpot and integrated systems (preferred)Serve as a trusted adviser, sharing industry best practices and BAC intellectual propertyManage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomesMentor and guide junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and team capability developmentConduct client training and enablement sessions to maximise platform adoption and impactStay current on HubSpot product updates and ecosystem innovations to deliver optimal client solutionsSecondary Function: Account Growth & ExpansionIdentify organic expansion opportunities such as additional Hub adoptions, advanced features, integrations, and optimisation projectsFlag and qualify expansion opportunities for internal collaboration with sales and delivery leadershipSupport scoping discussions and requirements gathering for expansion projects with existing clientsContribute to account health conversations, sharing insights on client maturity, adoption gaps, and strategic opportunitiesParticipate in renewal conversations where your delivery expertise adds value to client retentionThis secondary function is designed to reward consultants who naturally think commercially and maintain strong client relationships. Performance in this area is incentivised but not a primary success metric.Skills & ExperienceMust-Have4–6+ years' experience delivering HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data HubsProven ability to run workshops, document requirements, and design processes, data models, and functional workflowsDeep understanding of customer journey mapping and experience implementing this in HubSpotStrong technical knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into functional designsExperienced in project management, stakeholder engagement, and multi-project deliveryExcellent communication and consulting skills, with a client-facing mindsetPermanent residency in Australia and ability to work remotely (East Coast hours)Highly DesirableExpertise in CPQ solutions (HubSpot or third-party)Industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or SaaS/TechnologyHubSpot certifications across multiple HubsExperience with third-party integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, N8N or similar)Mentoring or leadership experience within consulting or project delivery teamsAwareness of commercial dynamics and ability to articulate business value in client conversationsExperience identifying upsell or expansion opportunities within existing client relationshipsRemuneration StructureCompetitive base salary reflective of your consulting expertise and experiencePerformance-based commission incentives for expansion opportunities you identify and help capture:Commission paid on qualified expansion projects generated from your client portfolioSoft targets designed to reward commercial awareness without detracting from delivery excellenceTransparent attribution model with quarterly reviewsNo penalties for not achieving expansion targets – this is an upside opportunity onlyDetailed incentive structure to be discussed during the interview processThe role is primarily compensated for consulting and delivery excellence.
