All underpinned by technology created with purpose. Your RoleWe are seeking experienced professionals to drive large-scale enterprise data and AI transformations across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. As a Senior Consultant within Enterprise Data & Analytics team, you will enable clients to leverage the power of AI and data efficiently and successfully throughout their enterprise, in order to optimize their business processes, improve their operations and drive performance improvement. You’ll architect transformative journeys for our clients — grounded in deep business understanding and powered by purposeful technology. In this role, you’ll focus on leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation.You’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including:Architect and lead large-scale digital transformation programmes that align data, AI, and business reinventionSupport the design of end-to-end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, including Classical AI/ML , Computer Vision, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layersBuild and present demos and proof-of-concepts using a variety of AI/GenAI tools, frameworks, and models (open-source or commercial)Work closely with clients to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and actionable strategies and recommendationsDrive architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state solutionsGuide clients in designing AI-driven organisations, embedding AI capabilities into their core, and unlocking new sources of valueConnect strategy to execution, helping clients to define AI operating models, GenAI or Agentic AI-enabled transformation, data governance and data strategySupport business development activities in shaping, selling and delivering large-scale consulting dealsCoach and mentor junior consultants with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spiritYour ProfileProven track record in consulting, with 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, AI transformation, data strategy, or AI-enabled innovation.Experience in shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale consulting deals (USD multi-million), with clear value delivered to clients.Proven track record in delivering projects in data and AI transformation, data & AI strategy, GenAI, RAG, Machine Learning. Exposure to engage with senior stakeholders across industries, with strong storytelling, influence, and negotiation skills.Good foundational understanding of AI/ML/LLM and willingness to learn advanced frameworks is expected; prior experience is mandatoryInnovation mindset: Passion for applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, data platforms, automation) to solve business problems creatively.It would be a bonus if you have:Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and AI platforms.Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector).Regional experience across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets.What You’ll Love About Working Here?We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
