Job Description Performs quality review for the AML tasks of the unit. Monitors and tracks compliance and completion of required trainings Recommends process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity. Coordinate action items for identified findings/issues and conducts sustainability checks to ensure non-occurrence of findings. Cross Functional team member on KYC/AML related activities such as Missing KYC Critical Data Elements, Customer Risk Rating/Name Screening related meetings, etc. Ensures accurate and timely closures of accounts that have been approved for business exit. QualificationsAnalytical and detail-orientedSelf-starter with excellent work attitude, works well under pressureReadily adapts to changes in work priorities and environmentAble to multi-task effectivelyWilling and able to learnExcellent oral and written English communication skillsBackground or experience in the banking or financial services industry (e.g. Credit Cards, Loans, Branch Operations, Investment/Insurance)Preferably with working experience covering Risk and Control / Audit / Compliance
