Job Summary: Content Creator (TikTok/Short/Reel) at PATI GroupPATI Group, a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in dietary supplements, is looking for a performance-focused Content Creator. The goal is to produce high-impact, short-form video ads (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that drive sales and support the company's mission to become Vietnam's industry leader by 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesContent That Converts (80%):Take full ownership of producing 2–3 high-impact short video ads per day, from scripting and filming to editing.Write scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive CTAs, and story angles focused on driving paid performance (ROAS).Repurpose existing assets (reviews, briefs) into new video ads.Research & Strategy (20%):Study top-performing DTC ads in the health and wellness space to extract insights.Stay ahead of converting trends, formats, and creative angles.Brainstorm and pitch 3–5 fresh, high-converting video ideas daily.Skills and QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years creating high-performing short-form content for social platforms.Core Skills:+ Content Creation: Strong at writing hooks, engaging scripts, and captions.+ Video Editing: Proficient in CapCut or equivalent tools.+ Design: Basic graphic design skills (Canva).+ Language: Good command of English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).+ Strategy: Experience managing or scaling a strategic short-form video channel (focused on value/storytelling, not just trend replication).+ Nice-to-have: Experience with paid ads or DTC brands.Compensation and Working ConditionsCompensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.Career Path: Fast-track promotion opportunities to Creative Strategist or Manager.Location: On-site at 18 Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working Hours:Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMSaturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM (for team runs and weekly reflections).Note: Applicants must agree to the on-site location and Saturday morning hours.
