Key Responsibilities:Develop, edit, and proofread content for presentations, pitch decks, digital campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases.Craft compelling narratives and clear messages that support business goals and brand positioning.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to shape campaign messaging and achieve engagement targets.Adapt tone, style, and content format to fit specific media, audiences, and business objectives.Perform research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to ensure content relevance and impact.Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand guidelines across all written materials.Optimize content for SEO and digital best practices where relevant.Track performance of published materials and assist in making data-driven content improvements.Support training or internal communication efforts by preparing relevant documents or presentations as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.4–6 years of proven content creation or copywriting experience, preferably in real estate, corporate communications, or marketing.Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities with attention to detail.Strong understanding of strategic marketing concepts and brand messaging.Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and present them in a clear, engaging manner for different audiences.Proficiency with digital content platforms and basic familiarity with design/collaboration tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Google Workspace).Excellent organizational skills, professional communication, and time management.Real estate industry knowledge and experience.Familiarity with SEO principles and data-driven content improvement.Experience working across multiple digital formats and social media channels.
