We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private 3ds Max Instructor to conduct bespoke, in-house training sessions for our existing team of designers and architects. This is a crucial role focused on elevating our team's proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and post-production techniques to meet our high-quality project visualization standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Deliver Bespoke Training: Create a customized curriculum focused specifically on interior and architectural visualization workflows relevant to our firm's projects.One-on-One and Group Instruction: Conduct scheduled, hands-on training sessions for a small group of professionals (or individuals, as needed) within our office environment.Focus on Efficiency and Quality: Train the team on best practices for efficient modeling, scene setup, material creation, lighting, camera work, and optimization for fast rendering.Advanced Rendering Techniques: Provide deep instruction on advanced features of V-Ray or Corona Renderer (or both, depending on our needs), focusing on photorealistic results.Post-Production Workflow: Integrate training on essential post-production steps using tools like Adobe Photoshop, ensuring a seamless workflow from render output to final image.Software Updates and Troubleshooting: Keep the team updated on the latest features and provide expert guidance on troubleshooting common visualization issues.Skill Assessment: Monitor and assess the team's progress, adjusting the curriculum as necessary to ensure effective learning and measurable improvement.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven Expertise: Minimum of [X] years of professional experience using 3ds Max in a real-world architectural or interior visualization setting.Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring professionals in 3ds Max and visualization workflows is mandatory.Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in:Autodesk 3ds Max (Modeling, tools, scene management)V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer (Advanced lighting, materials, rendering settings)Adobe Photoshop (Post-processing for architectural visualization)Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio showcasing high-quality, photorealistic architectural and interior visualization work.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and patiently to a professional audience.Schedule Flexibility: Availability to conduct private training sessions during agreed-upon hours at our office location.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: A highly attractive hourly/session rate commensurate with experience.Professional Environment: The opportunity to work closely with a talented team of designers in a supportive, creative, and professional atmosphere.Direct Impact: You will have a direct and measurable impact on the quality and efficiency of our project deliverables.
