🚨 We're Hiring #IT_Help_Desk.📍 Location: #Dekheila_Port_Alexandria.🏢 For a Leading Organization🛠 Job Description:🔧 Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.💻 Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and IT devices.🧑‍💼 Manage user accounts and Active Directory objects (users, groups, computers).🌐 Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network issues.📷 Install and manage CCTV systems and IP telephony.🛡 Ensure cybersecurity by deploying antivirus and monitoring threats.📞 Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support to local and remote users.⚙ Perform system updates and support IT infrastructure upgrades.🎓 Job Requirements:🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.🕒 Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.🪟 Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems🌐 Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP💻 Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)🧠 Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills🗣 Strong communication and teamwork skills🚀 Ability to work independently and collaborative📨 Interested?
