We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise, with a background in industrial engineering. Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets, especially within the Pharma and FMCG sectors.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.• Represent Nass Tech in meetings, presentations, industry events, and trade shows.• Lead the proposal and bidding process, coordinate with technical teams, and develop pricing strategies.• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to align solutions with market needs.• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback for senior management.• Maintain CRM tools and ensure accurate, up-to-date sales data.• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or technical sales.• Strong understanding of industrial engineering; pharma industry experience is a plus.• Proven success in B2B or consultative solution selling.Skills:• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.• Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: hr@nasstech-eg.com
