We are growing and currently seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage project contracts, agreements, and commercial packages.Review Subcontractors Contracts, Invoices, Scope of Work.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements across all project phases.Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Legal, and Technical Teams to support project execution.Review contractor and vendor claims; prepare responses, assessments, and negotiation strategies.Monitor contract performance and support risk management and cost controls.Support documentation, reporting, and contract administration procedures.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Contract Engineering or Contract Administration.Strong background in IT, OSP, Infrastructure, Power, or Digital Technology projects.Excellent knowledge of contract lifecycle management and commercial terms.Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate.Why Join Prime Gate?Work on strategic and large-scale national projects.Professional, growth-focused work environment.Competitive salary with benefits.
