Senior costing accountant

DescriptionPosition/职位：Senior Costing AccountantLanguages Requirements/语言要求：Fluent in Chinese and Basic in English/流利的中文Location/工作地点：Shanghai 上海Main responsibilities/工作职责： Manage costing related work in month end closing, prepare all costing & overhead related analysis reports e.g. leverage, overhead spend, slob provision etc.. Conduct RM/PFR/FG standard cost monthly update in SAP. 50% Fixed assets management, including month end closing process, monthly VDDM return tracking report (planned vs. actual) , initial review of VDDM proposal, asset relation record in SAP. Organize annual physical count. 15% Prepare monthly cost variance analysis, organize standard labor/Overhead/equipment/surcharge rates review meeting, handle rate updates accordingly in SAP. 10% Coordinate company insurance policy annual renew with insurance broker, conduct annual contractual risk review, support insurance related inquiries/activities 5% Support Janus - Operation workstream initiatives at each stage L1-L4 and monthly impact validation 10% Other ad-hoc financial supports to operation and management as required, e.g., internal audit, external audit, government audit, special cost improvement cases. 10%Job requirements/任职要求： Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business related At least 5 years working experience in accounting, and more than 2 years in costing related area. English level CET- 4, fluent in both verbal and written English. Software experience SAP BI, ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP). Good communication skill.
