Senior Creative Designer (Graphic & Video Specialist)

Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer (Graphic & Video Editing) with strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing . The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical expertise, and storytelling to deliver stunning visual and video content that strengthens our brand presence across all digital platforms.You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to craft impactful designs and engaging videos that connect with our audience and enhance our overall brand identity.Location: Bagdole, LalitpurResponsibilities of the Candidate:Design and develop high-quality creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Create, refine, and integrate AI-generated images (MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.) into professional design projects.Edit and produce engaging videos for YouTube, reels, and other platforms — including thumbnails, intros, outros, and motion graphics.Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design and video assets.Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital creativity innovations.Requirements:4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong, diverse portfolio.Expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.Experience with AI design tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, or Runway.Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and brand storytelling.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.Plus: Experience creating YouTube thumbnails, short-form content (Reels/Shorts), and motion graphics.
