Senior Customer Project Manager

Job Description Manage major mobile phone client projects, including hardware requirements, risk assessments, and resource allocation, ensuring successful mass production and design win. Effectively promote and resolve major hardware issues, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to achieve project goals efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with clients and engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, and accurately feedback client needs and market information.Requirement Master's degree of EE/Communication/CS related, with over 6 years of experience in smartphone hardware development. Familiar with mobile phone project processes, able to identify risks, allocate tasks, and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication, teamwork, and execution skills; able to work under pressure and be onsite as needed. Project management or customer support experience is a plus. Understand mobile phone market trends, with good judgment and negotiation skills to meet client and market needs.
