This role is key to ensuring our business intelligence capabilities align with operational needs and regulatory requirements.What You’ll Be DoingDefine and document reporting requirements across business functionsTranslate business needs into data models and visualisation solutionsSupport data quality assessments, governance, and migration activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver trusted, insightful reportingContribute to the development of enterprise-wide data standardsWhat You’ll Bring5–7 years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or enterprise reporting rolesAdvanced SQL skills and strong data modelling knowledgeProficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation toolsExperience with data platform implementations and transformation programsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsQualificationsTertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fieldDesirable: Experience in APRA-regulated environments or financial servicesWhy MIPS?At MIPS, we protect healthcare professionals so they can focus on caring for others.
