During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOBAnalyse the current data ecosystem, including architecture, pipelines, storage, and governance practices.Design a robust and scalable target Data Architecture aligned with industry best practices.Lead Solution Architecture discussions, from conceptual frameworks to detailed technical specifications.Define and optimise data models, data flows, and integration patterns.Provide technical leadership and guidance on data engineering standards and tooling.Collaborate with IT, business, and data governance teams to ensure architectural coherence.Support technology selection and cloud platform choices.Contribute to roadmap planning and transformation strategies for the data platform modernisation.Advise on best practices for data platform re-engineering, scalability, and analytics enablement.About You7–10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Data Engineering.Strong background in designing or modernising enterprise-scale data platforms.Proficiency with modern data architectures: data lake, lakehouse, warehouse, event-driven design.Experience with cloud ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Solid understanding of data modelling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work on transformation projects within fast-paced environments such as FMCG.Consulting experience is a plus.WHY AMARIS?At Amaris Consulting, we believe in creating a thriving, positive workplace where every team member can grow, connect, and make a real impact.
