Technical Support Engineer

Job Description OverviewAs a Technical Support Engineer at Iron Software, you will play a crucial role in our Technical Support Team. You will be part of the team that will investigate and troubleshoot reported issues in our .NET(mostly C#) and non-.NET API product code bases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, functionality, deployment, and software quality.Contribute to internal Knowledge Base for internal documentation and collaboration.Collaborate with the Software Development Team by reporting technical issues of the software and escalate any triage issues.Investigate issues and add regression tests to reported technical bugs or issues in the system.Deep dive into the technical issues to find their root cause and workarounds.Ensure meeting of customer expectations on the ticket process by the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Be able to attend on a screen share records with the customers to debug the issue live or collect more data to pass to the development team for further investigation.Required Qualifications:1 - 3 years of experience as a Software Technical Support or similar role.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Basic understanding of software development principles and technologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of AWS and Azure cloud computing platforms.Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git.Experienced in .NET xUnit Tests.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Experience:Strong knowledge or certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified)Experienced with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Very strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux distros) and deployment targets (Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Google Cloud).Experienced with configuring mobile support, especially with complex runtime libraries involved.About the CompanyIron Software is a software company with a niche offering of 10 different .NET products sold through www.ironpdf.com/ and www.ironsoftware.com/Iron Software is a United States company with its main development center in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
