System Analyst

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support system development, deployment, and maintenance.Monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.Provide technical consultation and guidance to the development team.Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including:Software SpecificationsUser ManualsTest ScriptsOther related documentsEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects to ensure timely completion.Support system testing, verify functionalities, and ensure alignment with requirements.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle project pressures effectively.Core ResponsibilitiesRequirement Analysis & GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to collect, define, and analyze software requirements.Validate requirements with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and mutual understanding.System Analysis & DesignEvaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify improvement areas.Design and document solutions using industry-standard artifacts, such as:Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)Use Cases & User StoriesEntity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)Sequence & Activity DiagramsIntegration & TestingCollaborate with the QA team to define test cases and acceptance criteria.UX/UI CollaborationWork closely with the UX/UI team to ensure designs are user-centric, accessible, and intuitive.Cost Estimation & PrototypingSupport the sales and development teams in scoping and estimating custom solutions.Assist in building prototypes where needed to visualize proposed solutions.Project CollaborationPartner with Project Managers to support planning, timeline estimation, and scope management.Clarify system behaviors and requirements for development and QA teams.Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or related roles.Experience in QA or software development (1-2 years) is a plus.Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.Understanding of databases, software design, and architecture principles.Proficiency with design/modeling tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io, or Figma.Experience in creating clear, structured technical documentation.
