We are looking for a Senior Data Science Curriculum Developer who will be instrumental in creating an inspiring and effective data science curriculum for our learners.In this role, you will utilize your deep understanding of data science concepts, along with your curriculum development expertise, to design and implement engaging learning materials. You will work closely with a collaborative team of educators and industry experts to ensure that our curriculum meets academic standards while being relevant to current industry trends.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop comprehensive curricula for courses in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related fields, tailored for young learnersCreate engaging instructional materials, including lesson plans, projects, and assessments, that foster hands-on learning and critical thinkingIntegrate the latest technologies and pedagogical strategies to enhance the learning experienceCollaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevanceProvide mentorship to junior curriculum developers, promoting best practices in content creationConduct regular reviews and updates of the curriculum to reflect advancements in technology and educationFacilitate workshops and training for educators on the implementation of the curriculumStay informed on educational trends and methodologies in the fields of data science and codingRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, particularly in data science or technology educationStrong understanding of data science concepts, programming languages (Python, R), and educational technologiesExperience in teaching or tutoring data science and related subjects to students aged 6-18Exceptional writing and communication skills for creating clear, engaging educational contentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor others effectivelyProven project management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with online learning platforms and toolsExperience in coding boot camps or educational start-upsBenefitsCompatible SalaryIncentives and BonusesMedical InsuranceLearning & Development Opportunities
