Hastings Direct has won multiple awards and currently serves over 2.7 million customers with over 3,400 employees.QualificationsData Science and Statistics skills, including experience and expertise in machine learning algorithms, mathematical modelling, and optimization algorithmsData Analysis and Data Analytics skills, with experience using tools such as Python and SQL, and proficiency in data retrieval, data cleaning, and data transformation techniquesPhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, physics or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders to drive business decisionsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset, and ability to work with large datasetsExperience with Azure, Python is a plus
