Senior Data Scientist (Remote - Canada)

It is ideal for a curious, analytical, and collaborative professional passionate about making a measurable difference.Accountabilities: Collaborate with product teams to define testable hypotheses and theories of action for new features Design, monitor, and analyze metrics to assess the success of initiatives and interventions Perform exploratory data analyses to uncover insights into learner and teacher behavior Apply statistical methods to quantify the impact of programs, features, and educational interventions Communicate results effectively to non-technical audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making Contribute to the development and enhancement of self-service analytics tools for product teams Work closely with engineering to maintain and improve data infrastructure, datasets, and reporting toolsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field.
