Senior Debt Specialist

Locations: Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban Minimum Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.Minimum 10 years’ experience managing high-volume debt cases.Drive throughput of high-volume cases across insourced, outsourced, and specialised streamsNegotiated settlements on complex and disputed debts exceeding R30M; developed debt restructuring strategies and liaised with legal teams for enforcement.No pending criminal cases, dismissals, bad credit, or blacklisting.Submission of your updated CV and qualificationsReferences and/or testimonialsApplicants not meeting these requirements will be automatically disqualified.Core Responsibilities:Drive throughput of high-volume debt cases across insourced, outsourced, and specialized channels.Provide advice on collection strategies, compliance, and tax inquiries.Assist with preparation of financial positions resulting from forensic work.Support legal and business rescue teams in personal liability claims, PAJA applications, and arbitration.Qualifications & Skills:Knowledge of credit management, debt recovery, and risk assessment.Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.Please submit your application with all the relevant documents as described to info@latitaafrica.com
