Senior Delivery Manager - Contract - Inside IR35

If you don't hear from us right away, don't worry — you're still under consideration.RequirementsMust have skillsPortfolio management - End-to-end delivery ownership of multiple complex technical workstreams working to time, cost, quality and scopeAgile methodologies - A comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and practices and the ability to coach and uplift teamsRisk management - The ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks before they become issues across complex delivery landscapes. Know when to escalateDependency management - Exceptional skill at mapping and managing dependencies across teams, workstreams, and external factors in the most complex scenariosForecasting - Extensive experience creating and maintaining strategic roadmaps that balance ambition with reality, often across multiple large initiativesPrioritisation - Excellent judgement in helping teams focus on what matters most and deliver maximum value, even in highly ambiguous and complex situationsStakeholder management - Outstanding at building relationships and managing expectations across diverse and senior stakeholder groups at all levelsTransparency - Extensive hands-on experience in Jira, and with a proven ability to rapidly adapt to and utilise alternative delivery and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).
