Senior DevOps Engineer

Provide consultations and services for operating and developing server systems, managing open-source software, ensuring secure and efficient software deployment, managing cloud computing environments and software repositories.Key Responsibilities:Manage and operate Linux and Windows systems efficiently.Manage and maintain DNS on Linux systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Linux and Windows systems.Manage Linux and Windows Clusters.Manage file-sharing servers like NFS, FTP, Samba, CIFS.Manage Linux storage systems (Standard Partition, LVM, VDO, ISCSI).Manage Dockers and Docker clusters.Manage code and image repositories.Deploy software on container management systems.Work with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform.Automate processes using Jenkins CI/CD.Provide alternative programming solutions for Windows-based software.Apply Linux security hardening (SELinux, Linux Hardening).Monitor performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.Manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher.Manage persistent storage in container systems (Storage Classes, Persistent Volumes, Persistent Volume Claims) using protocols like NFS, ISCSI.Manage microservices and service mesh architectures.Manage cloud computing components like Compute Resources, VPN, Block Storage.Integrate cloud systems with private data centers (Hybrid Cloud).Manage Git code repositories and local artifact repositories.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing Linux and Windows servers and DevOps systems.Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Deep experience in open-source software and related service management.Recommended Certifications:RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)RedHat Certified System Engineer (RHCE)RedHat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation or equivalentDocker Certified Administrator (DCA) or equivalentCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalentCertified Kubernetes Applications Developer (CKAD) or equivalentCertified Jenkins Engineer or equivalentCloud certifications such as AWS Solution Architect Professional Level, Azure AZ-305 or equivalentTerraform Associate or equivalent
