Senior ISO Lead Implementor

To further strengthen our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a seasoned ISO professional to lead our integrated management system initiatives.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ISO Lead Implementor to own, evolve, and champion our Integrated Management System (IMS). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our ISO certifications (9001, 20000, 38500, 31000, and 22301). You will act as the central point of expertise, driving a culture of quality, service excellence, risk management, and business continuity across the entire organization.This is more than a compliance role; it is a strategic position where you will directly impact our operational resilience, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Implementation & Leadership:Lead the end-to-end implementation, integration, and certification of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 20000 (IT Service), ISO 31000 (Risk), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) standards.Develop and execute a roadmap for the continuous evolution of our Integrated Management System.Act as the Management Representative for all ISO-related matters, reporting directly to senior leadership on system performance and opportunities.System Management & Maintenance:Develop, document, and maintain all IMS policies, procedures, and work instructions.Manage the internal audit program, scheduling and leading audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.Coordinate and host all external surveillance and re-certification audits.Risk & Continuity Management:Facilitate the organization-wide risk assessment process using ISO 31000 guidelines.Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) in line with ISO 22301.Culture of Continuous Improvement:Analyze data from the IMS (e.g., KPIs, audit findings, customer feedback) to drive meaningful process improvements.Champion the root cause analysis (RCA) process and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented.Provide training and mentorship to staff at all levels to embed ISO principles into the company culture.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Proven track record (15+ years) in successfully leading the implementation and certification of multiple ISO standards, with mandatory hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301 and ISO 38500.Certified Lead Implementor or Lead Auditor certifications in at least two of the following: ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301.In-depth knowledge of ISO 31000 (Risk Management Principles and Guidelines) and its practical application.Strong experience developing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.Demonstrated experience managing internal audits and liaising with external certification bodies.Highly Desirable:Experience integrating multiple standards into a single, streamlined IMS.Knowledge of other frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST) is a significant plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
