This role plays a key part in ensuring that projects meet defined objectives and adhere to best practice standards, particularly within the Saudi Arabian public sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage performance indicators to evaluate project and organizational effectiveness.Analyze project performance data and provide insights to improve delivery and operational efficiency.Lead activities related to designing and managing performance measurement systems.Work closely with project teams to ensure quality frameworks and standards are consistently applied.Conduct assessments, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.Prepare periodic performance and quality reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.Required ExperiencePractical experience in Saudi Arabia, with direct involvement in performance and quality processes.Experience in designing and managing performance measurement systems and evaluating project outcomes.5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
