With offices in UAE, Jordan, KSA and Iraq, DAO delivers innovative, sustainable, and culturally inspired design solutions that shape the landscape of the Middle EastAbout the RoleHandling the responsibility for the timely delivery and quality of the project outcomes by overseeing and managing the Project Engineers in terms of project plans and performed activities and coordinating with department managers to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality, and within the allocated resources, as well as coordinating clients’ requests/meetings and its related activities.ResponsibilitiesPreparing project plan, resources allocation, timeframe, activities and execution framework, including the project charter, project scope statement and the work breakdown structure in coordination with concerned department managers.Managing and supervising the project team and coordinating their activities to be within the set timeframe, resources and quality, as well as a detailed communication plan.Managing all the activities of the project including client meetings, correspondences, inquiries and presentation, as well as following up with the progress on the various aspects of the project through regular meetings.Proposing and utilizing tools and methods that boost the effectiveness of the project and enhance the performance of the allocated team members.Developing key performance indicators to measure the overall performance against the project goals and meet client's expectations in a timely and professional manner.Reviewing/preparing status and progress reports prepared to be submitted to the client and checking its validity and comprehensiveness.Managing the development of detailed work schedules and ensure its compliance to the client's requirements.Reviewing and participating in approving the tender documents to ensure all aspects are being met properly.Managing the financial requirements of the project; including invoices and submittals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architect, Civil Engineering or any other related fields.PMP certificate.Solid experience in design consultancy firms is a MUST.Not less than 8 years of experience.Excellent English language
