Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Talent Management team in Riyadh . This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in learning and development, coordination, and supporting companywide talent initiatives. As part of our team, you will support the implementation of learning programs, graduate development initiatives, internal training, and development activities that contribute to building a strong learning culture across AECOM in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Support training coordination, including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, and logistics. Assist in conducting training needs analysis by collecting data and preparing reports. Help develop simple training materials, presentations, and learner guides when needed. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses, tracking completion, and generating reports. Support the implementation of internal programs such as the Graduate Development Program, Co-op/Tamheer trainees, and leadership development programs. Prepare weekly and monthly learning dashboards and reports for management. Coordinate with employees, vendors, trainers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of learning activities. Maintain accurate records, training documents, attendance sheets, and follow-up actions. Assist in communications for learning programs, including announcements, reminders, and evaluation surveys. Stay informed about basic learning trends and contribute ideas to improve the learner experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR, or a similar role. Basic knowledge of training coordination, LMS administration, or e-learning tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting. Analytical thinking with the ability to collect and interpret basic training data. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
