Job Summary:The Pre-Sales Engineer / Specialist (IT, Telecom, and System Integration) is responsible for supporting the sales and business development cycle by designing, presenting, and validating technical solutions that meet client requirements. This role serves as the technical expert in developing tailored proposals that combine Multitech’s telecom, IT, and integrated systems capabilities into cohesive, value-driven solutions for customers across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.Design and position technical solutions and products related to Telecommunications, IT infrastructure, and System Integration domains.Develop comprehensive technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), solution architectures, and cost estimations.Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses by providing detailed technical and commercial inputs.Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to articulate solution value.Work closely with internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.Engage with international technology vendors and partners to align solution offerings and obtain quotations.Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support for key solution domains:Telecom Infrastructure: GSM, IBS, FTTx, OSP, and Metro projects.IT & Data Infrastructure: Data centers, MEP, low current, and networking systems.System Integration Solutions: Control room systems, command centers, AI-based analytics, mission-critical communications, and automation platforms.Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations to clients and stakeholders.Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to position Multitech’s solutions effectively.Support post-sales teams in clarifying solution scopes during project handover.Ensure all proposals comply with technical standards, specifications, and company policies.Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution design within the telecom, IT, or system integration fields.Strong understanding of telecom networks, IP systems, data center technologies, and integrated IT/OT solutions.Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and tender documentation.Familiarity with control systems, AI-driven analytics, IoT, and mission-critical communications is an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Visio, and relevant design tools.Knowledge of local market trends, regulatory requirements, and vendor ecosystems is preferred.Skills and Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Technical competence in both IT and telecom solution domains.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Effective multitasking and time-management skills under tight deadlines.Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.Proactive mindset and collaborative attitude within cross-functional teams.Work Environment:This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with travel requirements to client sites, partner offices, and project locations as necessary. The role involves close collaboration with technology vendors, solution teams, and customers to ensure delivery of high-value integrated solutions.
