Job DescriptionAbout the role We’re on the lookout for a Senior Digital Business Analyst who can translate complex business needs and align with digital solutions. In this role, you’ll lead business analysis activities, map and optimise processes, and ensure digital projects deliver tangible benefits for the organisation. You’ll be at the heart of our digital optimisation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and coaching others in best practice business analysis.Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include.. Lead business analysis for digital projects and enhancement requests. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture requirements and assess impacts. Document and maintain clear business and solution requirements. Model and map business processes using Signavio, identifying improvements and future-state solutions. Conduct impact and gap analyses to inform digital initiatives. Support implementation, user acceptance testing, and adoption of digital solutions. Mentor and coach team members to build business analysis capability. Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis standards, tools, and practices. Skills And ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in digital transformation projects, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sectors. Strong experience with process modelling (Signavio/BPMN 2.0) and business improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, IWS). Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Experience coaching others and establishing business analysis standards. Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP) and data-driven decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; CBAP/IIBA/PMI-PBA certification preferred.
