You will help build and scale digital marketing performance for Trusting Social and its banking/financial partners’ products — including credit cards and cash loans.This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on with performance marketing, but also strategic enough to design systems, workflows, and analytics foundations for future growth.You’ll be the key marketing driver in a lean, data-driven team — working directly with Product, Growth, and Data teams to deliver measurable business results.What You'll Do Campaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels to drive leads and conversions for credit card and loan products.Plan media budgets, set campaign objectives, and define audience targeting for maximum performance.Collaborate with Product, Content, and Design teams to create effective ads and landing pages that match customer intent.Execute campaigns end-to-end: from setup and creative deployment to ongoing optimization of ads, bids, and landing pages.Run A/B tests to improve creatives, messaging, and conversion funnels.
