You will be responsible for crafting strategies that drive traffic, improve conversion rates (CRO), and increase brand authority in the global market.If you love data, understand the psychology of sales, and know how to scale a product using SEO, Content, and Paid channels, we want to meet you.Envato Portfolio: https://themeforest.net/user/radiustheme/portfolioPlugin Profile: https://profiles.wordpress.org/techlabpro1/#content-pluginsPosition: Senior Digital Marketing Strategist with a proven record.Vacancy: 01 (Full-time Office)Location: Merul Badda, Dhaka.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets.Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and audience research to identify high-value business opportunities and refine product positioning.Lead end-to-end paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), overseeing planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.Design and optimize marketing funnels to maximize ROI through rigorous A/B testing, automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.Craft high-converting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and video scripts to drive engagement and conversions.Collaborate with design and content teams to produce data-informed creative assets that align with brand storytelling.Spearhead product launches and cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure successful market entry.Build robust analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of scalable internal marketing processes.Requirements4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, with a strong preference for candidates from the SaaS or technology sectors.Demonstrated success as a Digital Marketing Strategist (or similar role), with a portfolio of executing campaigns that met or exceeded business goals.Deep understanding of the software business model, including licensing structures, pricing strategies, customer support dynamics, and transaction lifecycles.Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools and Web Analytics platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, and Inbound Sales methodologies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to stakeholders.A self-starter with a genuine passion for marketing and a commitment to continuous learning.High energy and adaptability; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, and rapidly scaling environment.Experience: At least 4 years of working experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in CSE/ Software Engineering or related field.Salary Range: 60,000 – 80,000 BDT per month (Depends on Skills & Experience)Salary Review: Yearly.Working Day & Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)Benefits:Friendly EnvironmentYoung TeamFree Lunch & BreakfastUnlimited Coffee & TeaPerformance BonusYearly increment depends on performance and skillTwo weekly holidays (Saturday & Sunday)Other facilities as per company policy.
