If you’re passionate about fashion and digital growth, join our early team and help shape the brand from the ground up.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Executive – Digital who understands both numbers and fashion. Someone who can plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns while maintaining the flair and creativity needed to market high-end and designer fashion.This role requires hands-on technical skills, strategic thinking, aesthetic understanding, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-moving startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, optimize, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram Ads) & Google Ads (Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads)Evaluate campaign results regularly and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Monitor daily performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, etc.Review creative materials (images, videos, graphics) and give clear feedback.Use tools like Canva to create quick/basic visuals when needed (good t).Understand fashion trends, high-end designer culture, and buyer psychology.Align marketing messages with the expectations of premium fashion buyers.Coordinate with content creators, designers, and internal teams for campaigns.Guide junior team members and (if skilled) take partial leadership in small project teams.Must-Have QualificationsMinimum 1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.Strong experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable decisions.Strong sense of aesthetics, fashion culture, and design quality.Clear communication skills (written and verbal) in Bangla and English LanguageFast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and strategies.Understanding of basic funnel strategy: awareness → consideration → conversion.Good-to-Have Qualifications (Optional but Valuable)Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands.Experience in Canva, Figma, or other design tools.Prior experience leading or managing a small team.Experience with influencer marketing or creator collaborations.Additional Qualities That Will Make You a Great FitComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentAbility to take ownership and work without constant supervisionStrong problem-solving mindset and initiative-driven characterGood understanding of customer journeys for fashion e-commerceBasic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimizationAbility to think creatively and bring new ideas to build brand awarenessPassion for technology and modern marketing toolsWhy Join Jotilz?Be part of a high-growth fashion-tech startup from the ground level.Work directly with the founding team and influence major brand decisions.Competitive salary (17k - 23k) with performance bonuses.Opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the team expands.Creative, flexible, and supportive work culture.
