We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our brand presence, growth, and lead generation efforts.Job Summary:The Head of Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing GPEL’s marketing strategies, managing creative output, driving lead generation, and ensuring measurable results. The role demands an energetic leader who can strategically manage the brand, monitor performance, and maximize growth, while going beyond conventional marketing to achieve ambitious business goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with GPEL’s growth objectives.Lead the marketing team and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.Analyze market trends, student behavior, and competitor activities to continuously refine strategies.Manage and enhance GPEL’s brand value across all touchpoints.Creative Oversight & Campaign Management:Oversee all creative output, including content, video, graphics, and copywriting for online and offline campaigns.Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all marketing channels.Guide and monitor campaign execution across social media, email, website, search, and offline activations.Lead Generation & Results Management:Plan and execute online and offline lead generation campaigns to maximize student inquiries and admissions.Track, analyze, and report leads and campaign performance metrics regularly to management.Optimize campaigns to ensure a results-driven approach, delivering measurable ROI.Identify new channels, partnerships, and opportunities for student engagement and brand growth.Team & Stakeholder Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve targets.Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as required.Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects under budget and deadlines.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in EdTech, education, or student recruitment sectors.Experience working with marketing agencies is a plus.Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, lead generation, and creative oversight.Strong analytical skills to measure performance, ROI, and results.Key Competencies & Traits:Highly energetic, proactive, and results-driven.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and go beyond expectations.Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.Passion for education and student growth.What GPEL Offers:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead marketing for a growing education consultancy in Bangladesh.Creative freedom to implement innovative strategies.Collaborative and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.
