Senior Digital Strategist

We're looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to lead our digital initiatives, from crafting comprehensive strategies and CRM campaigns to optimizing conversions. In this role, you will be a key player in guiding clients, presenting actionable insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution. If you have a passion for creating impactful digital experiences and a strong background in marketing and growth, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with client goals and objectives.Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategic direction.Develop, present, and deliver 360° campaign decks (strategy, audience, channel mix, creative direction, KPIs).Define and execute CRM strategies and automated customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, push/in-app, SMS, and web.Plan, run, and analyze CRO experiments (A/B testing, funnel analysis, heatmaps, on-page optimization) to improve conversions.Prepare and present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.Coordinate with creative, technical, performance and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.Mentor and guide junior strategists and team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.Pilot new digital channels and initiatives (e.g., TikTok Live, WhatsApp flows, emerging platforms).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or growth (mid-level).Proven expertise in CRM/automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Insider, Braze).Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign performance reporting.Skilled in building and presenting strategic decks and actionable recommendations to stakeholders/clients.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
