A leading Tourism Company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing & Communications to shape its global marketing strategy, elevate brand visibility, and foster collaboration across the organization.This role partners closely with leaders across Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure unified storytelling, aligned objectives, and impactful delivery.The Senior Director will guide a talented, multidisciplinary team and work hand in hand with internal and external partners to bring the brand’s purpose and experiences to life.This is an opportunity for a strategic, forward-thinking leader who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and measurable impact.Job Scope:Co-create and lead an integrated marketing and communications strategy in alignment with business goals and Abu Dhabi’s Tourism Strategy 2030.Partner with Sales, Product, and E-commerce teams to design and execute destination marketing initiatives that drive awareness and conversion.Lead brand evolution through storytelling, creative campaigns, and digital engagement that inspire travelers and trade partners alike.Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and tourism boards to amplify brand presence regionally and globally.Oversee the marketing P&L, ensuring responsible investment and clear ROI.Drive innovation across digital platforms (B2C website and B2B trade portal) to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Represent the organization at international trade shows, events, and forums to strengthen partnerships and enhance the organization's business reputation.Empower and mentor a high-performing marketing team, promoting creativity, collaboration, and accountability.Champion cross-departmental teamwork, ensuring marketing is fully integrated as a business growth partner.Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or destination marketing.Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns across international markets.Collaborative leader with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics.Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and represent the brand externally.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master’s preferred).Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Leadership are a plus.Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, German, French, or Italian) are advantageous.Why Join UsYou will be joining a forward-thinking organization that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
