This position serves as a critical link between internal teams and external software vendors to develop a comprehensive, user-friendly system supporting the entire RCM cycle, from authorizations through billing and collections.The individual in this role will lead efforts to drive operational efficiency, ensure effective communication across teams, and oversee the development and execution of strategies to improve revenue systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesInterdepartmental Collaboration:Act as a central resource for directors across departments to identify process bottlenecks and ensure seamless communication and alignment of goalsFacilitate cross-functional initiatives to enhance workflow and operational efficiencySystems Integration and Development:Collaborate with software vendors to design and implement a fully integrated system that supports the RCM cycle, ensuring usability and functionality for all stakeholdersIdentify and prioritize system requirements to streamline processes from authorizations to collectionsProcess Improvement:Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce inefficiencies within the RCM cycleDevelop and implement best practices for interdepartmental workflows and proceduresRevenue Cycle Management (RCM):Review the RCM lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of authorizations, claims, billing, and collectionsAnalyze RCM data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations for improvementCollaborate with Department Leaders when Trends are identified and improvements are neededStrategic Planning and Innovation:Develop and execute strategies to optimize revenue systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsPartner with leadership to identify and implement innovative solutions for long-term operational successRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree required; Masters is a plusStrategic thinking and the ability to implement solutions that align with organizational objectivesEffective communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and external vendorsProficiency in managing data-driven decision-making processesStrong project management and organizational abilitiesWillingness to submit to drug and background screeningsFamiliarity with ABA therapy principles and practices is a plusProfessional or personal experience with ASD and/or ABA therapy is highly valuedBenefitsOutstanding Benefits 21 paid days off (15 PTO days, increasing with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance Generous 401(k) with up to 6% employer match  About Exact Billing Solutions Exact Billing Solutions is committed to building a culture of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence.
