This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence within aerospace or manufacturing settings. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing metrics and presentations for senior leadership, and guiding teams of Business Analysts to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the most innovative aerospace projects, working onsite in Everett, Washington, primarily during the first shift.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and collaborative problem solving. Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Candidates should have experience working within cross-functional teams for at least three years and be familiar with process analysis, development, and enhancement. Preferred qualifications include a background in aerospace, manufacturing, or fabrication environments, along with familiarity with the Boeing Production System. Leadership experience, whether formal or informal, is highly valued, demonstrating the ability to guide teams and influence organizational change.ResponsibilitiesLead complex group work sessions by applying advanced Lean principles, processes, and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct comprehensive assessments of processes and practices, benchmarking against applicable standards and criteria to identify strengths and areas for improvement.Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and operational enhancements.Offer feedback on assessment results, highlighting opportunities for process optimization and identifying potential risks.Collaborate with organizational units to develop strategies, plans, and metrics aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective implementation at appropriate levels.Support senior leadership, including working directly with directors, to create and maintain operational rhythms, metrics, and presentations that inform decision-making.Lead and facilitate director-level meetings, ensuring clarity of objectives and follow-through on action items.Mentor and cross-train Business Analysts within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and process standardization.Create, document, and refine standard processes to enhance team efficiency and consistency across projects.BenefitsBoeing offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
