This role acts as a crucial bridge between operations and technology, responsible for evaluating existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Business Analyst will focus on process documentation, project tracking, data analysis, and system optimization, supporting the firm's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled in translating business needs into actionable insights. This position offers flexibility with remote work, with an option for a hybrid setup for candidates located in Lake Mary, Florida, working three days in-office and two days remotely.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the legal industryProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or TableauExperience with process documentation tools like Lucidchart and SOP creationFamiliarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory)Knowledge of project management software such as Jira or TrelloStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesResponsibilitiesExtract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources including case management systems, client databases, and financial records to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvementEvaluate and document existing workflows within the Intake Department, proposing and implementing process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and streamline operationsAssist in planning, executing, and tracking projects related to technology upgrades and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business needsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed functional requirements for new systems, features, or enhancements, and develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, use cases, and technical specificationsCreate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity in intake operationsGenerate detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision makingPartner with IT teams to facilitate seamless integration of new systems or system enhancements into existing workflows, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT)Analyze client feedback to identify service delivery improvements and enhance overall client experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experienceDiscretionary performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible remote work arrangements or hybrid work setup for local candidatesProfessional development opportunities and a collaborative work environmentPaid time off and holidaysEqual OpportunityKeller Postman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
