Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Sales \| Remote - US Asthe Senior Director, you will be responsible for all client interfaceswithin a group of accounts across the Health & Life Sciences vertical inthe North America region. You will work with the wider market facing anddelivery team to build the portfolio and account plans and deliverbusiness growth and client management for the Salesforce ecosystem ofservices and solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive salesstrategies to drive revenue, margin, and practice growth, including netnew account acquisition. Build and expand a high-value Salesforceportfolio exceeding \$20M by owning the full opportunity lifecycle:Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, and Close Manage strategic clientrelationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives,positioning Simplus as a preferred partner for digital andSalesforce-led transformation. Create and execute detailed account plansin collaboration with Salesforce and client teams, aligning on busine sspriorities, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving jointvalue realization through roadmap planning. Partner with Infosys (parentcompany) Client Managers, Sales Executives, and consulting leaders tosource, shape, and lead qualified opportunities, managing all pre-salesactivities end-to-end. Leverage industry and client insights tocollaborate with solution leaders in designing tailored Salesforceofferings and go-to-market plays that address specific industry andaccount needs. Drive thought leadership by authoring white papers,blogs, and market insights that influence the dialogue around digitaltransformation, AI, and Salesforce innovation in Financial Services.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with Salesforce productinnovations, industry trends, and relevant certifications to bringforward-looking perspectives to clients. Ensure delivery excellence byworking closely with Delivery Managers to address challeng es, reinforceclient satisfaction, and maximize delivered value.
