This role bridges HR strategy with business outcomes, optimizing performance, reducing costs, and enhancing engagement.Key Responsibilities:Align HR strategies with financial goals and operational performance.Streamline policies for efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.Partner with Operations and Finance to drive productivity and profitability.Lead workforce planning, retention, and incentive initiatives.Analyze HR metrics to measure impact on business outcomes.Support Workday enhancements and office resource management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in HR or related field.Strong Workday knowledge and policy expertise.Experience in strategic planning and organizational development.QSR experience preferred.Competencies: Critical thinking, influencing, initiative, innovation, execution, negotiation, relationship management, and people leadership.Travel: 5–10%
