Accountable for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and retain high-caliber talent across all head office functions. ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire recruitment process for all head office roles — from staff to mid- and senior-level positions — ensuring alignment with the company’s workforce plan.Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract qualified candidates through online job platforms, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and internal referral programs.Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure sound hiring decisions.Drive employer branding initiatives via LinkedIn, Facebook, and the company’s website to enhance talent attraction.Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.Manage recruitment budgets and external vendors efficiently.Develop, review, and maintain recruitment policies and procedures that reflect the company’s culture and strategic direction.Research, implement, and optimize software tools to support IT and recruitment management.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Requirements Education and KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role focused on head office recruitment.Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or multinational companies is preferred.Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Good command of English, both spoken and written.
