Your work helps Blibli move efficiently, deliver consistently, and keep promises to both our customers and employees.As Reward Analyst you'll be a part of the Compensation & Benefit Strategic team where you’ll shape how Blibli invests in its people — using data, insights, and strategy to design talent and reward programs that drive performance and engagement. You’ll work across organization design, workforce planning, and people analytics, helping ensure every team and individual is set up for success.What You’ll DoSupport projects in organization design, transformation, rewards, and people analytics.Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations.Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.Participate in cross-functional initiatives like surveys, rewards benchmarking, and transformation programs.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce needs and implement practical, data-backed solutions.Contribute to HR strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring to the TeamBachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, IT, or Psychology (Master’s preferred).3–4 years of experience in Human Capital, Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, or People Analytics (consulting background a plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about building a career in Human Capital.At Blibli, growth starts with people — those who take initiative, care deeply about their craft, and support one another to make meaningful impact.
