We recruit globally.As the leader of our client's experiential function in Singapore—and a key driver of growth across APAC—you’ll shape, elevate, and deliver world-class event experiences. You’ll guide a high-performing team, champion creative excellence, and ensure every event delivers measurable impact.What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and inspire the local experiential team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.Oversee end-to-end event delivery, including logistics, speaker and sponsor management, delegate experience, and budget oversight.Drive strategic expansion of our experiential offering across priority APAC markets.Partner with our client's internal global teams to ensure regional execution aligns with our global creative vision.Use insights to shape experience-led strategies that meet business objectives and exceed audience expectations.Champion operational excellence, ensuring projects run on time, within budget, and with clear client communication throughout.Collaborate with Business teams to identify opportunities and elevate event-driven conversations with clients.Report on forecasting, revenue, and profitability, ensuring every project is commercially soundWhat You’ll BringYou lead with clarity, think beyond the brief, and understand what businesses truly value. You’re more than experienced—you’re strategic, intuitive, and passionate about crafting exceptional experiences. 8–10 years’ experience delivering standout virtual and in-person B2B events (experience with global tech brands is a plus).Proven success managing large-scale events across APAC with confidence and ease.Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building, motivating, and developing multidisciplinary event teams.Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client goals into smart, compelling experiential concepts.Steady under pressure—cool, composed, and solutions-oriented both on-site and behind the scenes.Meticulous attention to detail across budgets, timelines, content, and communications.Strong commercial acumen, including comfort with budgets, forecasting, and profitability management.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and core industry tools.A collaborative mindset, a growth mentality, and a passion for doing things differently.
