With 30 branches, 250 employees, and over 45,000 customers, Lakderana Investments Ltd is a leading financial institution in Sri Lanka.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine branch audits of gold loans to verify the accuracy of physical gold stock balances against system reports.Perform audit verification of gold loan operations and ensure proper implementation of procedures.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and guidelines and recommend improvements to enhance quality of gold loan branches.Prepare and submit detailed audit reports after each visit to the Head of Internal Audit.Follow up on corrective actions and risk mitigation.Qualifications & Skills:G.C.E. A/L Examination completion is required.A degree in Business Management or Commerce from a recognized university (or similar qualification) is an advantage.Minimum 8 year of experience in gold loan operations or auditing. (Prior experience in gold loan auditing is an added advantage).Willingness to travel to branches across the island.Strong analytical and report-writing skills.Attention to detail and high integrity.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Send your CV to hr@lakderana.lk or WhatsApp 0771534067
