As such, people from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Visit us at: http://www.nswmentalhealthcommission.com.auPrimary Purpose Of The RoleThe Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretariat support to the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners, managing complex schedules, drafting correspondence and providing administrative support to fulfill their statutory functions.You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes for the Commissioner, including supporting the documentation and reporting of legislated advisory councils. You will manage travel and logistics, and support Commissioner-led events with external stakeholders. You will liaise with the Minister’s Office and government agencies ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery of support in a fast-paced environment.About YouYou are an experienced senior executive assistant with exceptional organisational and communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, managing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.You will bring a customer service approach with an ability to anticipate need in a fast-paced environment. You will understand meeting governance and have attention to detail, with a strong track record delivering high-quality secretariat support. You will be technically proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant data systems.Essential RequirementsExtensive experience as a Senior Executive Assistant to Executive Roles providing secretariat support to high level/board equivalent government committees with a broad range of stakeholders and/or relevant administrative qualifications.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear understanding of confidentiality and managing sensitivities. Exceptional skill in full suite of Microsoft office applications including outlook, word, power point, excel etc with an ability to adapt to a broader range of IT applications Sound understanding of meeting governance and etiquette with high level attention to detail and accuracy. Positive customer service attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
