The responsibility is different depending on the regional/local team management structure;contract type;client expectations and service requirements.Manage these onsite teams and facilitate HQ support;including staff issues.CommunicationsCommunicate well internally/externally to achieve goalsBuild a strong relationship with Clients;JLL regional and onsite teamsCollaborate with JLL Legal / Finance / HR / HQ support teams;including PXP to support onsite teamsNew business & organic growthSupport the WD sales team to get new businessSupport transition activities to start new business operations smoothlyCollaborate with onsite teams and other business lines in JLL to expand business opportunities in existing accountsStaff Assignment & Career progressionCoordinate staff assignments at an appropriate timing without any critical vacancy and minimize profit loss for the accountSupport the staff assignment process working with other GADs;HR and hiring managerProvide staff with the opportunity to progress their individual career plans and encourage internal mobility through job posting and career progression / succession planningWD regional and global initiativesAttend the necessary training and webinars and cascade the information to account teamsLead regional and global initiatives to achieve the target goals;develop and implement improvement plans until goals are achievedDevelop Engineering opportunities and process with region and global teamBest Practice & InnovationPropose and implement various solutions;recommendations;and best practices for WD Accounts Japan to be a better organization.Proactively consider new operational approaches (e.g. IoT and AI) to build out a future business model.Proactively improve the organization to achieve a better environment and working circumstances for staffCandidate SpecificationRecommend ExperienceClient account and onsite team management for over 5 years’ experiencePeople manager for over 5 years’ experienceWorking with Regional / Global contacts for over 3 years’ experiencePersonal & Task SkillsCommunication skill in both Japanese and EnglishMake an analysis and finding the right goal and right process for staff;account team and WD Accounts JapanGood organizational;management;communication and follow up skillsAbility to make presentations to grow the business or to improve the relationship with clientsCollect the necessary information by oneself;analyse the data and share it accurately to achieve the intended resultAbility to keep information confidential and share only with the appropriate peopleHave a strong desire to achieve results and to sacrifice oneself in time and effort to support staff;account teams;clients or WD Accounts JapanExcellent problem solving and negotiation skillsProactive individual任职条件:Same as above
