Senior Field Sales RepresentativeResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to maximize brand and corporate value through strategic sales leadership across semi-self-stores and department store channels. Drive revenue growth, elevate in-store execution, and lead a high-performing retail sales team.Your main focus:Manage field sales operations across semi-self-stores and department storesDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesBuild strong relationships with key retailers and store teamsAnalyze sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targetsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of retail initiativesSales Strategy & ExecutionOversee daily sales activities and ensure KPIs are met across assigned storesSet and monitor sales targets for each region and store typeDevelop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaignsEnsure merchandising standards and promotional execution are consistently deliveredRetailer & Store EngagementCultivate strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and field staffSupport store operations and ensure alignment with brand standardsCollect field feedback to improve customer experience and retail strategyLead negotiations with key accounts and support distributor relationshipsSales Reporting & AnalysisMonitor weekly sales performance and prepare monthly business reviewsAnalyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunitiesProvide insights to senior management and contribute to strategic planningTeam Leadership & DevelopmentConduct regular coaching and performance reviewsPromote a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focusHost workshops and team meetings to drive engagement and capability buildingCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and VM teamsAlign promotional calendars and campaign execution across channelsCoordinate with global and APAC teams for brand updates and launchesWorking for Coty means Our people make us who we are. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:3+ years demonstrated experience in sales positions including account management and category management experienceSales background in the luxury/prestige category within the department stores and other beauty retailers, channelsHas extensive experience in managing training and merchandising teams directlyTertiary qualifications in management or related discipline highly regarded.
