Let's discuss, what does flexibility look like for you?The OpportunityWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Property Development to join the Woolworths Property team on a permanent basis, reporting to the Finance Manager- Development & Capital Transactions.The primary responsibility of the role is to proactively partner with the Woolworths property development team to provide financial and commercial support across the entire development lifecycle from acquisition through to construction on site. As part of a supportive team, you will have the opportunity to work in a high profile and varied role with exposure to senior management and excellent opportunity for career development.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain feasibility models for new and ongoing development projects nationally.
