Senior FP&A Analyst, Global Business Solution (IIT), PoznańRole OverviewThe Global Business Solution (IIT) FP&A Team plays a key role in planning and managing IT-related financials across Carlsberg Group companies. We focus on global cost planning for licenses, applications, and IT projects, and ensure accurate cost allocation in line with Carlsberg’s standards and guidelines. Our responsibilities include budget planning, cost analysis, asset management, and Intercompany Charge calculations. By delivering high-quality controlling services and providing strategic financial insights, we support decision-making processes and contribute to greater operational efficiency throughout the organization.What You’ll Be DoingDelivering the agreed scope and processes of the IIT Controlling in alignment with defined objectivesConducting continuous improvement in operational performanceSupporting functional initiatives and projects within your area of responsibilityCollaborating closely with stakeholders and HR department to ensure effective cooperationMaking and executing decisions with speed and qualityEnsuring timely and accurate delivery of the agreed FP&A controlling scopeReconciling payroll and travel costs, validating new FTEs/vacanciesFTE and HC figures standard/ad-hoc reportingParticipating in month-end closing, reporting, and planning processes in relation to People costs (Budget, Estimates, True-up)Calculating Intercompany Charges and analyzing financial data against various baselines (Budget, Estimates)Identifying root causes of variances and providing actionable insightsCooperating with external auditors to support audit processesAligning yourself and your team with agreed priorities and promoting cross-team collaborationWho We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who has:Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approachEffective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels (including top management)Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, or Financial ReportingProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelingSolid understanding of cost allocation and cost center structuresFamiliarity with monthly financial closing processes, accruals, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, HFM)Ability to turn ideas into action quickly, delivering with both speed and qualityFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business AdministrationFoundational knowledge of accounting, controlling, and IFRSStrategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively What You Can ExpectWe’re asking for a lot, but you’ll be well-rewarded with:Flexible working hoursWorking in a hybrid mode (min. 2 days in the office per week)Private health care, accident insurance, and MyBenefit system at your disposalAnnual bonusHoliday benefit “Wczasy pod Gruszą”Christmas gift & MyBenefit pointsAdditional holiday for Birthday & job anniversaryInternal trainings Periodical beer allowance & 0% beer available at the office Co-financed lunchWell-being platformSocial events such as e.g. Thursday Bars in the officeEmployee Referral Program Bike parking spaceModern ergonomic office space with a chillout zone Exciting growth and development opportunities within the organization Working in a passionate, international environment.We read applications continuously, and vacancies may be filled anytime.
