This will include regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities including funds, trusts and companies.What You'll DoYou'll be highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in handling account openings, acquisitions, board resolutions, official filings, notarial and private deeds, incorporations, and liquidations.You'll build strong relationships with clients, banks, and external partners, delivering customer-centric solutions while ensuring legal and contractual compliance.You'll safeguard against risks by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining robust client files, ensuring full compliance with complex regulations and KYC obligations.You'll lead board and shareholder meetings, reviewing minutes, agreements, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.You'll contribute ideas to improve the business, while receiving support and opportunities to achieve your long-term career goals and grow with us.What We OfferComprehensive remuneration and pension: motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profileWellbeing: additional social benefits Flexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and want to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements.QualificationsYou hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and bring 4–7 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law.You have served as a Corporate Officer, with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with specialized software such as SAP.You are experienced in acquisitions of participations, board resolutions, company incorporation and liquidation, proxies, and possess advanced knowledge of annual reporting law.You demonstrate strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law (including SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF), and are fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset.Additional InformationSustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
